These mixes have definitely got me back on track with being regular, when nothing else helped my constipation. I drink Grateful Gut on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, 30 minutes before eating my breakfast. Right after breakfast, I drink Gut Restore. Works great. Highly recommended!
This works really well and I feel so much better.
Very expensive, but I thought I would try this since I hate taking pills. The taste on both is atrocious- and it’s very difficult to drink it in water without feeling the grainy specks. It didn’t upset my stomach, so that’s a plus, but I have to plug my nose when I drink it. It didn’t “solve” my gut problems by any means.
