In typical You Super fashion, we’ve decided to transform this classic pumpkin spiced latte recipe (or PSL for short) into something extraordinary using only plant-based ingredients.
This recipe is made with our creamy vanilla Plant Collagen Mix – so you get skin-nourishing superfoods with each sip! Here’s what our instant latte mix is packing:
✨ Tocos: A powerful adaptogen that is rich in vitamin E — the "skin vitamin"
✨ Pea Protein: Helps promote collagen production
✨ Tremella Mushroom: An antioxidant-rich mushroom to support glowing skin
✨ Aloe Vera: A hydrating, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory skin food

PUMPKIN SPICED LATTE RECIPE
SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE
• 2 tsp Plant Collagen Mix
• 1 cup plant-based milk
• ¼ cup pumpkin puree
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- In a small pot, heat the milk and add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Stir well or use a frother to combine.
- Turn off the heat and whisk in the Plant Collagen Mix.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy!
